Commitment of Service Delivery
- All presentations shall be conducted fully and on time, as per approved training programmes.
- Facilitators and organizers shall provide intensive training to academic staff in the field of pedagogy.
- Short courses shall take between three and five days.
- Training shall begin at 8.00 am and end at 5.00 pm daily during training period.
The process of recruitment and promotion of staff shall be completed within three months, from advertisement to issuance of letters.
- All training requests by stakeholders shall be responded within two weeks.
- Training may extend the days of the weekend in case of special reasons.
- All telephone calls shall be attended to within twenty seconds.
- The Centre shall not condone impropriety.
- The Centre is a CORRUPTION FREE zone.
- The Centre shall maintain a healthy, safe and pleasant environment.
- The Centre staff shall report on duty from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- The Centre is an illicit drug free and a no smoking zone.
